Getting to the Tesco Enjoy the Taste of Scotland event couldn’t be easier as it is in the centre of Glasgow in George Square and this map shows it in relation to the centre of the city.

Regular train services from across Scotland arrive at Queen Street – adjacent to George Square - whilst trains from the rest of the UK terminate at Central Station, which is just a five minute walk from George Square.To check train arrival and departure times, please go to www.nationalrail.co.uk or call 08457484950.
By Bus
For those who live in Glasgow or its suburbs, most buses lead to Glasgow City Centre. The map below shows the major routes near your home and timetables can be checked here.
For those coming from outwith Glasgow, buses to and from most of the rest of the country can be found at Buchanan Bus Station . Citylink provide bus links to more than 200 parts of the country.

George Square is just moments from the M8 motorway, but please note that Glasgow City Centre can be very busy with traffic at the weekends.
If coming from the West, travel on M8 and take junction 17 (Dumbarton), remain in left lane (signposted Aberfoyle, A81). At traffic lights, turn right, go under bridge and at next set of traffic lights turn right on to A804.
Bear left on to New City Road and carry on to next set of traffic lights. Turn right on to Garscube Road and at next set of lights turn left on to Cowcaddens Road. Continue on this road and the bus station will be on the right hand side. Turn right at the end of the street onto North Hanover Street, then turn right onto Killermont Street for car parking at Buchanan Galleries.
If coming from the East, travel on M8 and take junction 16 (George Square). Bear left off the slip road and turn left at traffic lights. Continue to next set of lights, turn right into North Hanover Street, then at the second set of lights turn right onto Killermont Street for Buchanan Galleries car parking.
If looking for parking, the nearby Buchanan Galleries has 2000 space for parking and is just a 5-minute walk away, while Q-Park at the back of the St Enoch’s Centre is an alternative for those coming via Glasgow’s Clydeside.

By Plane
For the truly dedicated – and members of the press – Glasgow Airport is 20 minutes away from George Square and is served by a fleet of taxis and a regular bus service which runs to the city centre.
Prestwick Airport is further away but served by a half-hourly train service.
